What does facility lock mean?
Your facility name, license number, address and administrator are written into the official template, the fields are flattened so they cannot be edited, and a document ID and generation date are stamped in the footer. A surveyor can see at a glance which home the copy belongs to.
Do you keep the forms I fill?
No. The finished PDF streams straight back to your browser and is never written to storage. We record only that a build happened, which form, and which facility, so the monthly count works.
Are the blanks really free?
Yes. Every official APD template is free to download here and every listing links to the agency source. The plans pay for the fill, the lock, the packets and the policy drafting.
Which agencies are covered?
The library today is the APD template set for licensed residential facilities and iBudget waiver providers. AHCA assisted living and DCF forms are on the roadmap.
